Michael Phelps continued to make history last night and blow everybody’s minds as the most decorated Olympian ever, taking home his record 20th and 21st gold medal of his career.
Part of Team USA Basketball appeared to be in attendance to watch history being made including Kevin Durant, DeAndre Jordan, Draymond Green, Kyle Lowry and Klay Thompson.

The broadcast would pan to the NBA superstars throughout the night but the one shining moment would come after all of the swimming was done.
Kevin Durant let it be known that his two desired selfies at the Rio games would be with Michael Phelps and Simone Biles. He would accomplish the epic selfie with Michael Phelps after his memorable night, but unfortunately they were both the victim of a vicious photo bombing, some would call it the “Klay Bomb”…

Bravo Klay, his spacial awareness is mesmerizing, if there is a rating for spacial awareness in NBA 2K17 Klay should be a 99. There was the slightest bit of room between Kevin Durant’s arm and Michael Phelps’s neck during their embrace and Klay managed to place his entire head perfectly in that space.
Klay Thompson’s Warriors may not have won the title this past season, but he is still a champion this summer in my book for utilizing incredible precision to pull off the photo bomb of the Rio Olympic games.
