Jabari Parker Will Be Ready For Bucks Camp

MILWAUKEE BUCKS V. CHICAGO BULLS

There’s nothing worse than a high-profile rookie going down with a season-ending injury. We saw a couple of times last year with the most prominent one being that of Jabari Parker. The first-year man out of Duke suffered an ACL tear midway through, but is expected back for camp. Good news for Bucks fans, as their team looks scary.

Caution is the word when it comes to one of the Milwaukee Bucks’ most valuable assets: second-year forward Jabari Parker.

The 6-foot-8 Parker is making steady progress in his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, an injury he suffered Dec. 15 last year, prematurely ending his rookie season after 25 games.

General manager John Hammond said Tuesday at the team’s annual golf outing that Parker will be able to participate in training camp, which opens next week in Madison.
