Despite being the #1 seed in the East, many aren’t picking the Hawks to win the Eastern Conference Finals vs. Cleveland. That general feeling was only strengthened yesterday when DeMarre Carroll went down in the fourth quarter with a left knee injury.
But the good news for Hawks fans is that it wasn’t as bad as it looks. No dreaded ACL tear. In fact, he’s day-to-day.
DeMarre Carroll has been diagnosed with a hyperextension of the left knee. No structural/ligament damage. Bone bruise. Questionable for G2.
