“Heir-Jordan” Lifestyle Site to Show What It’s Like to Be Jordan’s Son

October 19, 2011 – Kevin Burke

It’s bad enough when an up-and-coming player gets compared to Michael Jordan. Just ask Harold Miner, Jerry Stackhouse and countless other guys how unfair that is. In defense of Miner and the others, they did not ask to be labeled as the next Michael Jordan. Nobody wants to carry that around because it makes them seem even worse when they fall flat. They were simply given those monikers. But can you imagine being the man’s son, especially if you play basketball? I can only imagine the pressure felt by MJ’s sons to be just as good as their father. People will think, “you have his genes, what’s the problem?”

Well, Michael’s sons are going to give us a glimpse into what it’s like to be the son of the greatest basketball player ever. Few people, if anyone, dominated their respective sport like Jordan did his and that’s what his children had to live up to. We know that his son, Marcus, plays ball for Central Florida and has been holding his own. But “holding his own” and “Michael Jordan” don’t belong in the same paragraph, let alone sentence. Take a look at the trailer for a new website (Heir-Jordan.com) that will show us all what it is truly like:
