Vince Carter, at the age of 40, has experienced another late-career revival in Memphis. He is now a valuable contributor for the No. 6 seed in the western conference.
Most would think making it to 40 and 19 seasons in the NBA that have included a hall of fame resume as one of the most entertaining and awe-inspiring talents of his generation would be enough for Carter right? He is called Half-Man, Half-Amazing for a reason.
Carter is still playing very well for a player of any age and made more history Monday night becoming just the sixth player in NBA history to score 20 points in a game after the age of 40.

He shot an incredible 8-for-8 from the field and 6-for-6 from downtown for 24 points in the Grizzlies 113-93 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.
He was feeling so good after another vintage VC performance that he told Dan Patrick Tuesday that he wants to come back for the 2017-18 season.

Carter’s longevity and ability to reinvent himself numerous times throughout his career from superstar to role player and lock down defender to sharpshooter has been pretty incredible to watch. Apparently that journey has not come to an end just yet.
