It’s no secret that DeMarcus Cousins appears to be unhappy in Sacramento. He continues to post gaudy numbers and make all-star games, but his team isn’t really showing much improvement.
They are a perennial lottery team and last night, the Kings were the owners of the 13th pick. They decided to roll the dice on a raw 18 year old by the name of Georgios Papagiannis. He’ll likely be “stashed” overseas for a few years before he even suits up in the NBA. If you were scratching your head at this pick, you weren’t the only one. DeMarcus Cousins was too.

It feels not a matter of “if,” but “when” Cousins will eventually be traded. And when it happens, there’s no guarantee he’ll be happy wherever her ends up.
