According to Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated and Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, the Knicks are very interested in Atlanta Hawks point guard Jeff Teague and may look to make a deal:
As @WojVerticalNBA and I discuss on his podcast: Keep an eye on Atlanta before the trade deadline. Hawks been discussing Jeff Teague w/teams

This trade, although it would be great for the Knicks and is exactly what they need, seems highly unlikely to happen. The Knicks have very little in the way of assets to offer to Atlanta, unless they want to offer Porzingis, but that won’t happen.
Here is the only trade that could work money wise and maybe entice the Hawks ever so slightly:
The Knicks no longer own their current first round draft pick because of draft stipulations, so they will more than likely have the Raptors pick in the mid to high 20s in this year’s draft. Therefore the best package they can offer is Afflalo and their 2017 pick for Teague, which may not be smart and probably won’t get it done.
We’ll see how this situation unfolds.
