Chris Bosh Will Sign With Rockets If LeBron Leaves Heat

Lebron BoshAll-star forward Chris Bosh is reportedly signing with the Houston Rockets if LeBron James decides to depart from the Heat, according to Chris Broussard and Brian Windhorst of ESPN.com.

With the Big Three of Miami opting out of their respective contracts to test the waters in free agency, a lot of teams certainly got their eyes on these three big time superstars, and for Bosh—the Houston Rockets have been tremendously interested in acquiring his services.

Just a few days ago, the Rockets have offered Bosh a 4-year, $88 million max contract, which has certainly elevated his considerations about signing with them. A chance to play with Dwight Howard and James Harden is definitely almost as good as playing with Wade and LeBron.

But as rumors about LeBron’s strong interest to play again for Cleveland, the 30-year-old forward will have to really weigh all his options carefully, and so far, the Rockets are on top of the list.

Bosh has averaged 19.2 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 2.0 assists in his 11 NBA seasons and with that being said, he can certainly still lead and turn a franchise around to a contender.

If ever Bosh ends up in Houston, he will perfectly fit well together with D12 in the paint—as his long range shooting is going to spread the floor further and provide better spacing. More importantly, his acquisition would lead to a rise of another formidable Big Three (Harden, Howard, and Bosh), which may immediately put the Rockets at the top of the wild Western Conference.

And as LeBron’s decision continues to stay up in the air—Bosh will have to stay more patient, as we all wait for the final verdict
