    Hi Koran,

Your podcast was good. Just wondering who you think the best midrange player in the NBA is today. Most say Rip Hamilton. Who else? I think Melo is a great mid-range player even though he also can hit the three point shot well too.

The best midrange player today is without a doubt Paul Pierce. If you watch him play you will find that the majority of his points come from the foul line area. He sets you up with the dribble and pulls up for a easy 15ft Jump Shot. Dirk is also effective in the mid court area.

Paul Pierce is a great slasher so he gets to the line a lot. He’s also a good midrange shooter as well, but don’t think he is close to best. What Grant Hill? Kobe Bryant? Carmelo Anthony? David West? Hedo Turkoglu? Mehmet Okur? I think I would put all those guys on the same level or better with midrange game as pierce.

Oh yeah, but very good podcast though Koran.
