Four games into the season, the New York Knicks’ highly-touted rookie in Kristaps Porzingis has been proving his critics wrong thus far. The fourth overall pick of this year’s draft has posted respectable averages of 11.3 points and 6.3 rebounds.
This has definitely given Knicks fans more reason to feel optimistic about not just their 2015-16 campaign but also the security of their future as well.
Furthermore, fan confidence seems to have significantly grown despite the Porzingis minor neck injury and loss against the Spurs last night. He gave fans something to cheer about when he elevated up high for the nasty putback hammer over LaMarcus Aldridge.
