The successful re-launch of Ewing Athletics came off the strength of the Ewing 33 Hi being very well received last year, so the Patrick Ewing sneaker brand dug into their vault to give the Ewing Focus a retro release this year.
First released in 1993, the most performance-driven feature was the lightweight midsole made working with inserts made from tough neoprene material. The ankle strap on the Ewing Focus was embedded into the upper, which helped it be more functional than the one on the Ewing 33 Hi which was more about aesthetic.

Ewing Athletics is scheduled to retro the Ewing Focus in at least this Black/Red/Grey colorway as well as one to match the New York Knicks uniform, both are OG colors, sometime in the Summer.
