With the sneaker collecting community seemingly growing everyday, sneakerheads both seasoned & new are in need of a place to congregate and discuss things relevant to us like release dates, sneaker material quality, and which starlet we would like to see in nothing but sneakers.
Started back in 2005 by owner Gary Hughes after buying a fake pair of kicks, the DunkXChange has turned into one of the premiere sneaker events in the country. The DXC in NYC is always something worth checking largely because of the amount of sneakers under one building that you likely wouldn’t be able to get your hands on otherwise.
If anywhere in the area, stop by 23 Wall Street in New York City tomorrow, April 6th between 12-6 PM to check out the 8th annual DunkXChange. Advanced tickets can be purchased HERE for $15 which saves you $5 off of the door price.
