Brandon Jennings Previews The Under Armour Anatonix Spawn Via Instagram

Since Brandon Jennings was the first basketball player that Under Armour sponsored, its no doubt that he gets special treatment from the brand.

If the Player Exclusive pairs of the Under Armour Torch or Under Armour Bloodline haven’t been proof of that, the multiple pair of the yet-to-be-released lowtop version of the Spine Bionic certainly will.  All that said, its not surprising that Jennings already has pairs of the upcoming wave of Under Armour basketball sneakers.

Not much is definitely known about the Anatonix Spawn as it hasn’t even been announced yet, but what I do know is that the human foot served as a direct inspiration for the sneaker and plays a part in the design when it comes to the type & amount of material seen on this shoe as well as its placement.

Given the circumstances these might be hard to see, but if you look at the blue-based pair on the right you’ll notice that it is not a pair of the Anatonix Spawn.  It is actually a lowtop version of the Charge BB in a colorway that was debuted at All-Star Weekend.

My advice to Under Armour when it comes time to releasing the Anatonix Spawn would be to not make the same mistake the Charge BB did and make flat colorways TO BUY IN STORES.  The market is out there for new performance basketball sneakers, and especially ones that have carved their own lane; just make them appealing.

At the time of posting, the two pictures seen here was deleted off of Brandon Jennings Instagram account.  News on these aren’t suppose to be available for a few more months so enjoy the early look.
