Trash talk in basketball is as big of a part of the game, to some players it’s almost as big as the basic fundamentals themselves. Former Stripes athlete Kobe Bryant is captured on camera talking to someone in the crowd about sneakers. When the “his shoes’ lighter” comment is brought up in reference to the adidas Crazy Light, Black Mamba replies “if you wanna break your foot, wear that shit”.
After a simple two-handed dunk is missed from a player wearing the Crazy Light seems to have been missed on purpose with the player going straight over to Kobe raising his sneaker in the air before Bryant proceeded to say “its the shoes”.
