Well it is basically official at this point, the greatest team potentially of all-time is returning all of their key contributors next season in addition to adding three more solid role players to add in the fold in Jordan Bell, Omri Casspi and Nick Young.
After testing the free agency market in hopes of a bigger and better offer, athletic center and Shaqtin’ A Fool legend JaVale McGee has agreed to re-sign with the Warriors on a one-year deal.

McGee will likely make the veteran’s minimum of $2.1 million next season, but will essentially cost the Warriors between $5 million and $6 million with the luxury tax.
He had a really good season and saved his NBA career with the Warriors after being out of the league the last half of the 2015-16 season only appearing in 34 games for the Mavericks.
McGee averaged 6.1 points and 3.6 rebounds in only 9.6 minutes per game in 77 appearances for the Warriors and his per 26 minutes stats were highly impressive…
Last year, JaVale McGee became the only player in NBA history to average 20 Pts/36 mins and 10 reb/36 mins while shooting 65% from the field https://t.co/xMDXzx3wKs

While not the highest I.Q. player (I am stopping there), McGee is a freak athlete and extremely mobile for a 7’1 270 lb. man and while centers are becoming extinct in the NBA, his lateral quickness and ability to protect the rim and be a pick-and-roll finisher still means he has a place and real value in today’s NBA.
As scary as the Warriors were last season, they could be even more dangerous in 2017-18.
