The Sacramento Kings are moving into a new building for the 2016-17 season and are using that as an opportunity to distance themselves from all of the embarrassment and loss they suffered throughout the past decade, a new start and a slightly re-branded image and look.

I have nothing but high marks for these new looks, they are simple but sleek and very clean looking. The ancillary logos featuring a lion are the best in my opinion. Overall I think it is a good update on the Kings branding signaling a new future while referencing the franchise’s roots and original logo in Kansas City.
I still have my doubts about the on court product being any better though.
