According to a recent tweet from Yahoo Sports NBA writer Marc J. Spears, there is a waiting list of more than 20,000 for the opportunity to purchase season tickets for the Warriors: which is more than the 19,596 seating capacity of Oracle Arena.

As you can see it costs $100 to be placed on this season ticket priority list as well. When you do the math that is $2 million extra dollars in “gate receipts” for the Warriors franchise on top of selling their arena 41 times a season and anywhere from two to 16 postseason games.
