Carmelo Anthony and the Knicks have been playing great of late and seem to have found their mojo.
Melo had another great game at Madison Square Garden last night with 30 points, nine assists and seven rebounds on 13-for-20 shooting and 4-for-4 shooting from the free throw line. It was the Knicks second straight overtime win.
What made the performance even more memorable was Carmelo passing one of the best players the game has ever seen on the all time scoring list, Larry Bird.
Melo with 21,793 points, is now 31st on the all time scoring list.

Melo also got royally rejected by the Stifle Tower Rudy Gobert when he tried to dunk on Gobert in the first half.
WOW! @rudygobert27 had a huge block against Carmelo Anthony last night: https://t.co/x9mZeDkg1z

Anthony only needs 20 points to pass Gary Payton (30th on the all time scoring list) in career points and may just do it at home against the Clippers Friday night.
