Did Manu Ginobili See a UFO in L.A.?

December 13, 2010 – Allen Moll

The San Antonio Spurs scintillating shooting guard Manu Ginobili has launched some pretty spectacular unidentified round objects into the hoop over his 8+ seasons in the Association and along with Tony Parker and Tim Duncan, the trio has won 3 NBA Titles playing together over the past decade. But earlier this month, while in town to play the LA Lakers, the native Argentinian became a witness rather than a facilitator of something flying through the air when he claims to have seen a UFO hovering, then falling out of the sky before boarding a team bus on December 1st.

TMZ Sports first posted video proof of the “incident” late Friday evening showing Ginobili and another member of the Spurs entourage catching a glimpse of some white object appearing to fall out of the sky over the team hotel. The occurrence didn’t seem to bother Manu much as he then signed a few autographs before boarding the team bus.

Nothing further was heard concerning Manu’s UFO until yesterday when he posted his findings on his Facebook page explaining that he had heard that the US Government was testing out some type of new spacecraft that would be landing in the Santa Monica area on December 3rd. The only problem is that what Manu saw occurred on December 1st.

Last week after another member of the San Antonio Spurs Gary Neal was seeing ghosts on the court during a game, and now Manu could be seeing aliens? Maybe it’s divine intervention or the aging Spurs are getting some help from something unexplained? Many people have always wondered if the sometimes robotic Tim Duncan isn’t human.

Whatever the case, Manu and the rest of the Spurs should ride it out as they currently are sitting pretty with the NBA’s best record of 19-3, and are perched atop the Western Conference as they are attempting to hold off the suddenly surging Dallas Mavericks, winners of 10 straight ball games.

So you be the judge, did Manu see an exta-terrestrial spacecraft or was it just a military experiment gone bad?
