With April Fool’s Day right around the corner, NBA All-Star and DEW athlete Giannis Antetokounmpo got a chance to mess with several fans who sat down to catch a ride at a fake bus shelter.
Yesterday, Giannis leaked his phone number to his 192K followers on Twitter, giving NBA fans nationwide the opportunity to reach him directly via phone and chat hoops.

As it turns out, the “leak” was actually part of a larger Mtn Dew prank Giannis was a part of for April Fool’s Day. It included him surprising local Milwaukee Bucks fans via a giant Milwaukee bus shelter panel.
The prank tweet and bus shelter video are part of Mtn Dew’s larger Answer the Call ad campaign, The Greek Freak’s first-ever for the brand.
