Good show Kevin. I have to disagree with you about Kobe Bryant though. Sure it’s obviously no coincidence that his numbers are one bigger than Jordan’s. But I don’t think he believes he is ‘one better’ than Jordan. It’s probably more a sign of respect that Jordan was the only player that should be 23, so he will gladly take 24 (a backseat) to Jordan’s number.
You are also right about Dahtay Jones. He should know that when players try to guard Carmelo physically like that, they end up getting dominated. Look at what happened to Artest the first two meetings this year between Denver and LA. Melo treated him like his personal pylon.

Thanks Dave. Much appreciated. I respect what you’re saying about Kobe, but if he wore 22 and 8 rather than 24 and 10, I would buy it more.
And Carmelo is deceivingly strong. He looks somewhat unassuming, but he can bang with the best of them.
Thanks for tuning in. More to come
