Breaking News: Kobe Bryant is Computer Illiterate

Excuse the misleading title, but I was more than a little shocked when watching the Kobe Bryant appearance on the new George Lopez show on TBS called “Lopez Tonight”, when Kobe seemed to be geniuinely clueless as to what the social media site twitter is or how to use it. He volunteered that he is “computer illiterate”, then proceeded to yell at Derek Fisher in Italian.

Umm, yeah. I love Kobe’s game and all, but I don’t know if i’ll be able to keep a straight face the next time an NBA analyst says Kobe Bryant is a very “cerebral player”. The great thing is we don’t have to worry about Kobe reading any of this trash talk, because he’s ‘computer illiterate’. Sweet:

    Highly doubtful. I think Kobe was just ducking the question so he didn’t have to give his true opinion on how stupid twitter is and further, wouldn’t feel obligated to the fans to make one after the discussion.

    @Condoleeza Rice: It’s Italian. Kobe doesn’t know Spanish, but he spent much of his childhood living in Italy and speaks fluent Italian.
