The Toronto media has just started reporting that a deal between the Toronto Raptors and Philadelphia 76ers is currently being finalized which would see the Raptors send sharpshooter Jason Kapono to Philly in exchange for the power forward Reggie Evans. More details to come on this, but it is said that no picks are involved in the trade. As we close in on the NBA draft that is important to note. Reggie Evans fits the bill to a ‘T’. It is rare that a trade in the division makes sense for both teams. However in this case it makes sense for both teams and will fit their current needs.
