The Milwaukee Bucks are having a decent season thus far, currently sitting at 8th place in the eastern conference with a 14-15 record. They have a lot of young talent, including a potentially transcendent and MVP caliber superstar in 21-year-old Giannis Antetokounmpo. Despite all of this though, the Bucks are still 27th in the NBA in attendance according to ESPN.com, averaging just over 15,000 fans per game.
Because of this, their marketing and ticket sales department has gotten creative with a new promotion to entice fans to buy a ticket package and become regulars.
The package costs $149 and provides fans with tickets to see 10 Bucks home wins, yes you read that correctly. The Bucks are guaranteeing 10 home wins with the $149 ticket package that includes seats in different parts of the arena for each game. Fans will receive their tickets from the team app based on availability on the day of the game.

So basically the ticket package could yield fans tickets to as little as 10 home games and as much as 21 home games, as that is how many home games will be left when the promotion starts January 13 against the Miami Heat.
Here is a statement on the promotion from Chief Marketing Officer Dustin Godsey:
“As our team on the court makes a playoff push, the business team is continually looking for creative ways to engage Bucks fans that match the creativity they see from guys like Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jabari Parker on a nightly basis,” Godsey said.
This is a really cool and outside of the box idea that will garner some additional interest, attention and loyalty from Bucks fans and is exactly the sort of creativity that makes the NBA at the forefront of new ideas in professional sports.
