Preseason can be a necessary evil. Guys need it in order to get into shape, but there’s always a higher chance of injury because it’s early in the season and their bodies are yet used to the grind again yet.
James Harden left the Rockets preseason game with a right knee contusion. He did not return but is expected to be ok.
Houston Rockets star guard James Harden suffered a right knee contusion in the first half of Sunday’s 123-119 preseason loss to the Orlando Magic. Harden, who played 13 minutes, did not return.
Harden suffered the injury while defending a fast break.
He finished with 12 points and four assists.
