With two forgettable seasons in the rearview mirror for Derrick Rose, everyone has to be unsure if his knees will hold up in the future. Granted, each injury was completely unrelated, but that’s the part that makes his future even more scary.
Rose has stated previously that he wanted to play for Team USA this summer and he appears to still be on track. In fact, according to the Chicago Tribune, if the NBA season started tomorrow, he’d lace them up. Let’s all just hope that he suffers no setbacks this summer. That would be insurmountable mentally, I’m sure.
Rose has had no setbacks and, if the season started tomorrow, would be fine to play.
