Now that Rajon Rondo has officially left Nike for Anta, a fair question would be what is going to happen to all those Player Exclusive sneakers he has? Give them away of course, and that is exactly what Rondo did with those kicks.
It appears that Rajon Rondo has given away his Nike PE sneakers to other Boston Celtic players.
From what I’ve noticed in Celtics training camp media and team photoshoots, it seems as if Rajon Rondo just gave them to his teammates. Backup PG Avery Bradley has been seen in a Air Max Hyperposite with the ‘Double R’ symbol Nike had drawn up & used for Rondo on other Player Exclusive pairs. NBA freshman are even getting love in Boston as rookie Phil Pressey has already been seen in a Rondo-labeled Hyperdunk Low 2011 & Hyperposite PE different from Bradley’s pair.
In a list we ran shortly after Rondo’s injury about the 9 best sneakers he wore until his season was cut short, we can see the black/lime green Hyperposite PE given to Avery Bradley on its original owner’s feet.
