The Spurs’ Danny Green has come out of nowhere and has been the talk of the Finals. After being relatively unknown heading into the series, Green has set an NBA Finals record after just 5 games. Last night, Green broke Ray Allen’s 2008 record and has made more three-pointers in this Finals series than anyone else in NBA history. And if the Spurs end up winning this series, he has a legit beef for MVP.
With 9:39 remaining in the third quarter of Game 5, Green knocked down his 23rd three-pointer of the series, breaking Ray Allen‘s record for the most threes in an NBA Finals.
