Last week on another one of Dennis Rodman’s trips to North Korea, he took in a basketball game with N.Korean leader Kim Jong-un. The game was an entertaining match between the Harlem Globetrotters and North Koreans. But footage was released last night of Dennis Rodman’s speech after the game, interpreted for the crowd.
Let’s just say this, things are never as simple as Dennis Rodman would like them to be, or maybe he just believes them to be. His sentiments weren’t malicious, but I’m not sure he gets the big picture. And I doubt Rodman’s words will be ending international issues any time soon. But maybe he’s thinking Kim Jong-un and President Obama can bond over their love of basketball?
