The Brooklyn Nets parted ways with coach PJ Carlesimo the day after the Bulls eliminated them from the playoffs and they are still looking to fill that void. We’ve heard high profile names such as Phil Jackson and Jerry Sloan rumored, but how about Scott Skiles?
Skiles was most recently with Milwaukee but is rumored to be the frontrunner for the Nets job. This won’t exactly be a big splash, but sometimes that’s better in the long run.
In fact, we’re hearing that Scott Skiles is the frontrunner for the Nets job, which would be another reason for Kidd to stay away, given the acrimonious relationship he had with his former coach in Phoenix.
