Heading into this season, not many people would’ve guess Damian Lillard would end up being the Rookie of the Year. Many sided with Anthony Davis, simply because he was taken first overall and was the most known player.
So naturally, Lillard headlines the all-Rookie team. There are some pretty good names here who should go on to have great careers. And the second team isn’t too bad either.
