Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Thinks LeBron Could End Up With Most Career MVPs

It feels as if LeBron James has been in the NBA forever, but he’s only 28. Granted, this is his 10th season and was a teenager when he entered the league, but the guy is very much in his prime.

James just won his fourth league MVP and could very well end up with the most all-time. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has six, which is good enough for first on that list. But if you ask Kareem, he could see that record falling to LeBron.  That seems very possible, because at this point, does LeBron winning 2 or 3 more seem unlikely?

“As long as LeBron stays healthy and keeps playing the game at a high level, he, of course, could break my record,’’ Abdul-Jabbar wrote in an email to FOX Sports Florida minutes after James had been awarded his latest trophy. “The challenges he faces are getting injured or losing interest.’’
