Player Exclusive sneakers are something that all NBA players with a sneaker endorsement look forward to. These days, many players in the league grew up idolizing Michael Jordan so it is an extra thrill for those signed to Jordan Brand as they anxiously await their chance at exclusive pairs of Jordans that aren’t sold in stores anywhere. For some elite players, namely Chris Paul, their sneaker deal goes a step further by receiving their own silhouette. While Chris has been known to wear Air Jordan Retros earlier in his career, chances are any PE you see him in will be special editions of his own sneaker.
On the pair of the Jordan CP3.VI that Chris Paul usually wears at Clippers away games, a special detail was added on the tongue in the form of the date 5/24/09 which is the day his son Chris Paul Jr was born. CP3 laced these up this past Sunday for a home victory when the Clippers beat the Suns 117-99.
