The LA Times’ Mark Medina reported on twitter yesterday that Ron Artest had some interesting things to say following practice about ‘white’ people. In a weird self-deprecating fashion when a reporter asked World Peace ‘is Nash the smartest player on the Lakers?”, Metta responded by saying “He’s White so, probably yes”. By all accounts thus far he apparently said it with a straight face. So take it as you will folks. Not sure we should just chalk this one up to “no worries Artest always says crazy things”….
