L et’s be honest here. Ron Artest Metta World Peace is one crazy mofo. Aside from the obvious changing of his name this summer, he has been saying all sorts of wacky things on Twitter during the lockout to get attention. In his latest rant against owners and the NBA, Artest actually challenged Michael Jordan to a game of one-on-one to end the lockout.
As for Lakers forward Metta World Peace, the work stoppage apparently has made him suffer amnesia for reasons beyond missing out on the remainder of his three-year, $21-million deal. It’s further propelled him to go on unsolicited Twitter rants, which resulted in him Monday night challenging Michael Jordan to a game of one-on-one.

C’mon Ron Ron. Michael Jordan may be far removed from his playing days and living high on the hog. But I still have a hard time believing you could beat him in a game of one-on-one. Jordan’s IQ for the game, footwork, and his shooting ability is just too sound. None of those qualities are overly affected by age or physique. In other words, the GOAT can still smoke your ass.
