Nowadays, if an athlete is married to someone who is even partially in the public spotlight, it’s unusual for them not to have their own reality show. That’s the case with Lamar Odom and his wife. In fact, it was rumored that because of their reality show, Lamar was not traded to Philly for Andre Iguodala before the lockout began, because the Sixers thought he would be unhappy since it would take him from his show in L.A.
Next up is Carmelo Anthony and his wife LaLa who will have their own reality show. Although the name of the show will be “LaLa’s Full Court Life” and apparently is supposed to be more about her, you know ‘Melo will make his fair share of appearances and it will show what was going on in their lives during the days of the constant ‘Melo trade rumors. The show will appear on VH1 and will debut on August 22 at 9pm…if that’s your thing.
