All Summer long, or at least until the NBA Lockout is over, hoops sites all across the net will be scrambling for content during the work stoppage. The hilariously funny folks over at Funny or Die.com have decided to come up with their own original content during the supposed down time for hoops.
If you remember, we have featured a number of pieces from the Funny or Die crew like when they spoofed the popular Like Mike commercials, Chris Bosh as the crime fighting Tall Justice, and the funny bit on everyone’s favorite Uncle Boomshakalaka in celebration of the new NBA Jam video game.
Everyone these days is jumping at the chance to get a quote from NBA superstars concerning the lockout and when and if they will be playing overseas during the work stoppage.
Funny of Die has enlisted a funny black man named “Hobe Bryant” to do a fake interview and give some blatantly honest commentary on trending topics like Dirk Nowitzki winning his first NBA Title, his (Kobe’s) constant medical procedures, and of course Lebron’s failures in the 4th quarter.
Watch as Hobe gives an interview wearing a live snake (mamba), gives the crowd Kobe’s new game faces, and finishes the interview like Lebron, by disappearing….
