Patrick Beverley is a bulldog in the truest sense of the word, a point guard who prides himself on his aggressive defense and being the ultimate pest for opposing point guards.
He missed most of last season because of a micro-fracture surgery and meniscus issue in his knee after being traded to the Clippers in the Chris Paul trade, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t committed to the Clippers or confident in his teammates.

It is good that Patrick Beverley has confidence in his team and he is clearly trying to stir the pot a little, but let’s be honest, the Lakers are now the best team in LA again.
The Clippers finished seven games ahead of the Lakers last season, but they lost their best player in DeAndre Jordan in free agency and the Lakers added the best player in the world in LeBron James.
It will be fun to see their first match-up at the Staples Center this season though.
