Dirk Nowitzki provided us with another vintage Dirk moment last night in Los Angeles, knocking down one of his classic stepback jumpers over Julius Randle with less than two seconds left in the Mavericks 92-90 win in Los Angeles.
Nowitzki knocked down the game winner right in front of the Lakers bench and Kobe Bryant, who was sitting out the game with a shoulder injury.
The western conference rivals for the past 15 years had a moment as Kobe congratulated him on hitting the big time shot:

It was the last time that the Mavericks will face the Lakers this season, which also means it was the last opportunity for Dirk and Kobe to play one another.
This was the 12th go ahead field goal within the last three seconds of regulation or overtime for Nowitzki in his career, which is tied with Kobe and Carmelo Anthony for the most in the past 20 years.
