Kevin Durant probably feels like he has a lot to prove this year. Coming off of a campaign where he only played 27 games and had to watch his team narrowly miss the postseason, he no doubt can’t wait to get back out there.
All signs point to him being ready to go at the start of the season on time, and it sounds like he has a chip on his shoulder. This is the second time this summer he has mentioned, unprompted, that he’s the best player in the world.
