Aside from closing out the defending champs, arguably the most difficult team in the NBA over the past decade to actually close out, the LA Clippers have also been quietly dismantling the Houston Rockets. The Clippers have a long way to go to close out the Rockets then battle with the winner of the Grizzlies-Warriors, so no one should count their chickens before they’ve hatched, but if I’m a Clippers fan, this could be one of the best weeks in recent memory.
