The Pacers currently have five players on the injury list which includes four of their guards, George Hill (knee), Rodney Stuckey (foot), C.J, Watson (foot), and of course Paul George (leg) who’s expected to be unable to even return this season.
That being said, it’s sensible as to why the team had to sign Price, who’s quite a reliable backup point guard, but once the others come back from their injuries—expect him to barely see any minutes at all though.
Throughout his six-year career in the league, he’s averaged 5.9 points and 2.2 assists.
