Now and again, brands take notice to the spotlight we shine on the basketball sneakers we chose to feature on The Hoop Doctors. adidas noticed that I have been a big fan of the Derrick Rose signature series and saw fit to send over the ‘Away’ adidas D Rose 4 in this special packaging.
Included with the latest Derrick Rose adidas, this D Rose 4 set included the sneakers, current adidas x Derrick Rose apparel lookbook, and a letter from the adidas public relations manager who saw fit to get me out of some old, worn sneakers and into the new Derrick Rose sneaker.
Haven’t had the chance to play in them yet, but look out for a new entry into our On Court Sneaker Review series where I hoop (and pretty much live in) a current basketball shoe and critique it after getting a feel for the how the sneaker performs on the basketball court.

This is number 25 of 400 media packages made but nothing is different in this pair than the ones you could pick up from the adidas webstore right now for $140.
