Meet Jayci Stephens. For those of you who don’t know, she is the gorgeous Utah State female student that was recently revealed to be involved in a premarital affair with BYU center Brandon Davies, and as a result got the club’s leading rebounder dismissed from the program for a violation of the school’s Honor Code.
The boys over at Frathousesports.com have it on good authority that Davies cheated on his girlfriend of 2 years with Utah State chipee Jayci Stephens, and is reportedly having a baby with her.
As for Jayci Stephens, she supposedly was forced to leave the Provo area to stay at her sister’s home in Nevada over some intense media scrutiny. Sources uncovered that Stephens and Davies had been dating for 3-4 months prior to getting pregnant. The two remain close but have no plans to marry despite the baby on the way.
Stephens probably isn’t very popular at home either since her father is a former bishop who sent his daughter to Provo in hopes of staying out of trouble. Now it seems as if trouble has once again found her.
It’s still up for debate whether or not BYU did the right thing but one thing is for sure that their road to the Final Four and a possible #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament took a big hit with the loss of Davies.
