LeBron James Uses Social Media to Express Frustration with Cleveland Cavaliers Again…We Think

LeBron James

LeBron James continues to use social media to not-so-covertly communicate his frustrations with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

His latest dose of shade comes via an Instagram post from late(ish) Monday night:

Mood…

And just in case you forgot this behavior is par for James’ course since rejoining the Cavaliers, SI.com’s Kenny Ducey has your recap:

Okay, let’s get serious.

The Cavaliers didn’t play on Monday, so this post could have been incited by any number of things. Maybe LeBron is still fuming over the Sunday evening loss to the Atlanta Hawks. Maybe he grew agitated watching Kyrie Irving, his former teammate, lead the first-place Boston Celtics to their ninth-consecutive victory with a win over those Hawks. Maybe he was perusing NBA.com’s statistical database and came across Kevin Love’s and Derrick Rose’s net ratings. Maybe he realized Cleveland now has the same record as the Brooklyn Nets.

Whatever pulled LeBron to whip out the Arthur meme, it all comes back to the Cavaliers and their crummy start. These cold streaks have become part and parcel of their regular-season experience over the past few years, but something about this time, about this group, feels different. They currently have the league’s worst defense, according to NBA.com, and the bench has been outperforming the starters by a considerable margin.

Basically, James has no shortage of reasons to subpost. The Cavaliers are giving him plenty.
