On the night before the NBA’s 3 point shootout at All-Star Weekend in Toronto, Stephen Curry took an unexpected hit to his confidence. A 15-year old girl named ‘Rachel’ from Toronto, Ontario, was lucky enough to play against her idol in a mini three point shootout. To Curry’s surprise Rachel had a strong start to her first rack, and eventually beat him 20-18. That’s right, a 15-year old girl beats Stephen Curry. And he didn’t try and confiscate the tape, like Lebron at his Nike camp.
We are pretty sure Curry’s reign as one of the greatest shooters of all time is in tact, but this young girl Rachel has got to feel good about this little souvenir. This reminded me of the time Devin Harris got shook by a London streetballer….
