This new Kyrie 1 colorway is a nod to what school Kyrie Irving was at when he was 18.
Nicknamed the ‘Brotherhood’ colorway of the Nike Kyrie 1, the color pallet used on this sneaker are the exact shades used on the uniforms for Duke University; a Swoosh-sponsored school.
While at Duke, Kyrie Irving averaged 17.4 points, 5.1 assists and 3.8 rebounds during freshman (and only) throughout the 11 games he was healthy for. Since Kobe Bryant, there hasn’t been a player more ready for the NBA out of high school than Kyrie.
The ‘Brotherhood’ Nike Kyrie 1 release on Thursday, March 12th for $110.
