Will Ferrell is one of many celebrities who doesn’t appear to be the biggest supporter of the current commander-in-chief.
Ferrell apparently is a big fan of LeBron James on and off the court and told Seth Meyers on his show, Late Night With Seth Meyers that he ran into James during the 2017 postseason and suggested he run for office.
Here is the Ferrell quote:
“I went over to LeBron, I was like, ‘I just have to say hello. How are you?’ And I said, ‘I was just telling my wife the other night that you need to run for president. You’re from the Midwest. You’re very famous, you’re very popular, you’re very articulate. Please run for office.’ So, LeBron, I’m telling you now… we need you.”

While this is all clearly in jest, Ferrell clearly is a fan of LeBron’s activism and message and I mean let’s be honest, there is a currently a delusional reality star in office, is an NBA superstar really that much of a stretch?
While I trust LeBron to help save the country, I think he is better suited to still be dominating on an NBA court in 2020 and not spending his time on the campaign trail shaking hands and kissing babies.
