Jeff Teague will have the opportunity to play for his hometown team this season as the Indianapolis native and Pike High School product was traded from the Atlanta Hawks to the Indiana Pacers for the no. 12 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.
Teague is excited to return to his old stomping grounds and apparently relive his youth. Teague also told 97.5 FM in Indianapolis that he would be moving back in with his parents this season.

Teague is set to make $8.8 million this season.
According to the interview, he owned a home in Indianapolis after being drafted but decided to live in Atlanta as his Hawks tenure progressed and gave his Indianapolis home to his parents.
He will not only will live in his parents home, he will live in the basement, a place he ironically was starting to inhabit in Atlanta before being traded by the Hawks.
I can only imagine this will be Teague as he lounges in his parents basements during the Pacers home stands in the 2016-17 season…

No word on whether Jeffrey will have a curfew or be counted upon for any household chores. My sources are telling me that he has been told he can have a young lady over until midnight on weekends but no sleep-overs and he must keep the basement door open when he has female guests.
