One play typically doesn’t decide the outcome of a game. Especially when a team is up by 13 with four minutes to play, and up 7 with less than a minute to go. OKC topped the Clippers in game 5 last night, but all anyone is talking about is this controversial out-of-bounds play.
It appears to go off of Reggie Jackson last, but the ball was awarded to OKC, who eventually won the game. There should be more talk about the questionable plays made by Chris Paul down the stretch, such as turnovers and fouling Westbrook on a 3-point attempt.
Doc Rivers criticized refs after the game for this and will likely be fined.
